Project no 1: - Flats.  Site: - Bristol.   Date: - 2008

A four story block of residential flats, engineered and design for disproportionate collapse.  Floor and walls designed to meet Part E Guidelines (resistance to the passage of sound).  On this project we were involved in the early design process with the engineer and developer, in particular we advised the client and developer on guidance to meeting the requirements for part E.

Project no 2: - Flats.   Site: - Swindon.  Date: - 2007

This development of twenty six flats, consisted of two blocks three story high, link by a covered walkway.  The design was to Robust details for party walls and floors.

Project no 3: - Retail and commercial units   Site: - Cirencester.  Date: - 2008

In the heart of this historic market town, this three block development involved the redevelopment of the existing post office, and the creation of approximately ten new retail units.  Depending on the block the first and second floors consisted of various sized flats and offices.  Along with the timber frame design and engineering 'STuDS' designed the internal steel structures for the large open spaces to the ground floor units and open offices in the roofs.

Project no 4 - Housing Development. Site - Milford Haven, Pembrokshire. Date 2010. 

Phase 1 of this residential development.  The four houses types provided a mix of 2-4 bed houses and bungalows.
